The Executive Director of Shinyanga District Council invites qualified Tanzanian citizens to apply for two (2) job vacancies in this Council, following the approval granted by the President’s Office.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged between 18 and 45 years.
2. Applicants must submit a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) containing reliable contact information, including addresses, valid phone numbers, and names of three trustworthy referees.
3. Applicants must attach copies of Form IV or Form VI certificates, academic certificates, and a birth certificate.
- Applicants who submit Result Slips, Statements of Results, Provisional Results, or Transcripts will NOT be accepted.
4. Applicants who completed their secondary education outside Tanzania must attach a verification letter from the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA).
5. Applicants who graduated from foreign universities or colleges must attach a verification letter from the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU).
6. The signed application letter may be written in either English or Kiswahili.
7. Applicants with special needs or disabilities should clearly indicate this in their application.
8. Applicants who submit forged information or falsified documents will face legal action according to the laws of the country.
9. Retired public servants are not allowed to apply, unless they have official permission from the Chief Secretary.
10. Applicants whose names differ on various documents must attach a sworn Deed Poll registered by the Ministry of Lands as proof of the name change.
11. The deadline for submitting applications is 20th November 2025 at 12:00 midnight.
